Returns/exchanges: 

Sorry, but we do not accept returns or exchanges on items or issue refunds.  We try our best to represent our products as best we can through description and pictures.  Please read entire product description carefully prior to purchase.  You can always reach out to us regarding any questions about items before purchasing.


Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) if the item is defective, damaged, something is missing, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please remember that all items are hand made and will never be "perfect" no matter how hard I try.  That being said, each item is inspected before shipping out.  This is my reputation on the line and I try my best to only put out quality products.  Also remember these items are made using leather.  Leather is a natural, animal product that comes with unique textures, scars, brands, bug bites, etc.  I do my best to use quality pieces but sometimes those unique characteristics may be purposely incorporated into the design of the piece.  I try to represent my products the best I can through photos and description.
